These photos show the main shop room.  In addition, I have

the heavy machines (table saw, dust collector, air compressor,

thickness sander coming soon) in the garage on wheelie bases.

Shots of the new (Dec. 2002) fixed benches:  two layers of 3/4-inch

birch shop plywood on top, bolted to the wall studs.  REALLY solid.

Here is my down-draft sanding table.  It's incredible.  I love having

the dust-collection system permanently installed.  (Note that it

is all metal ducting except for flex connections:  to reduce

the chance of a static electric build up and spark/fire.)

The top grid can be lifted off for cleaning (or tool recovery) or

to install a solid plat for more regular bench space.
